About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
DevOps/SRE Engineer (AWS/GCP)
to maintain, optimize, and scale our high-availability infrastructure across global markets. You will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, performance, and security while driving automation and operational excellence across multi-cloud environments.

This role requires strong technical depth, hands-on cloud experience, and the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Security, and Product teams to deliver a highly resilient and secure platform.

Responsibilities

Production Operations & Stability

• Manage, monitor, and optimize large-scale production systems across servers, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), OS environments (Linux/Windows), and middleware.
• Conduct proactive health checks, performance tuning, capacity planning, and version upgrades to improve system reliability.
• Lead incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide timely restoration of services during outages.

Multi-Cloud & SRE Architecture

• Design, deploy, and maintain multi-cloud and multi-cluster SRE frameworks to support global traffic and distributed workloads.
• Build robust observability systems including metrics, logging, tracing, automated alerting, and incident classification.

Automation & Tooling

• Develop automation scripts, internal tools, and frameworks to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code adoption using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools across multi-cloud implementations.

Security, Compliance & Continuity

• Oversee data backup, disaster recovery (DR), log auditing, and cloud compliance to strengthen system integrity.
• Work closely with the Security team to ensure alignment with internal standards and regional regulatory requirements.

Incident Response

• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to support urgent issues.
• Build and enhance emergency response processes, escalation paths, and on-call readiness.

Continuous Improvement

• Conduct post-incident reviews, create documentation, and implement long-term improvements to minimize recurrence.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize deployment pipelines and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• 5+ years
  of hands-on experience in
  Cloud Operations, SRE, or DevOps
  , with strong exposure to global-scale systems.
• Expertise in
  GCP and AWS multi-cloud architecture
  , deployment automation, scaling, and system operations.
• Strong understanding of
  SRE principles
  , DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC (Terraform / Ansible).
• Solid knowledge of
  Linux systems
  , networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, load balancing), and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
  for effective regional coordination.
• Certifications such as
  CKA, CKS, CNCF, AWS/GCP Professional-level
  are strong pluses.
