Your Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data processing and analytics applications.
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of data infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and security of data systems.
  • Manage databases such as StarRocks, DorisDB, Redis, Hive & HDFS, PostgreSQL—including performance tuning, backups, replication, and disaster recovery.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices, access control policies, and compliance frameworks for data storage and processing.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to streamline ETL workflows, enhance query performance, and improve data availability.

Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Database Administration.
Technical Skills
  • Strong experience managing databases: StarRocks, DorisDB, Redis, Hive & HDFS, PostgreSQL.
  • Skilled in SQL, Python, or Bash for automation and database operations.
  • Hands-on with containerized services such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Familiar with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure (experience with Tencent Cloud is a plus).
  • Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks: Hadoop, Spark, Flink (Flink is a bonus).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, and strong understanding of deployment automation best practices.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana for observability (advantageous).
Language Requirement
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to collaborate with non-English-speaking engineering teams in China.
