General summary:

Site inspector at construction sites to ensure the work meets construction specifications, standards, requirement and local code regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project progress at site to follow the stipulated project plan/timeline
  • Attend site and prepare project progress update
  • Check site progress and record all activities and materials used every day
  • To liaise/coordinate/monitor/inspect the progress & quality of the work of the subordinates/ general workers/ nominated sub-contractors
  • Report to the superior regarding site update/status/condition
  • Ensure that work at site shall be in compliance with safety regulations at site
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate meeting when necessary

Skills Required:

  • Hardworking, versatile, discipline, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, mature and responsible
  • Analytical, able to work independently and handle multi-tasking
  • Able to relocate or willing to work outstation

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess minimum Diploma, Professional certificate or equivalent in Electrical field
  • Preferably a Wireman and / or Chargeman Certified
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad
