Job Description

  • Manage hostel for overseas colleagues.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting minutes report as and when required.
  • Arrange transportations, travel and accommodations.
  • Coordinate in-house and external events i.e. monthly birthday celebration, department dinner, etc.
  • Manage licenses and renewals.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Oversee security services & landscape/cleaning related services provided by vendors.
  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage daily food arrangement with canteen operator.
  • Manage prayers preparation.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned as and when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma holder in Business Administration/Office Management with at least 3 years' experience in related field.
  • Male candidate is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Malay & English to effectively communicate with overseas colleagues from China & Taiwan.
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel.
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
