Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Able to handle a full set of accounts.
- Perform day-to-day accounting data entry.
- Issue tax invoices, process payments, and manage expense claims.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and month-end close schedules.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, income tax computations and other related tasks.
- Support the accountant as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc functions and related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- LCCI or equivalent accounting certification.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
- Efficient in task completion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, trustworthy.
- Required skills: Proficiency in SQL Accounting (Accounting System), Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.
