Job Responsibilities

  • Able to handle a full set of accounts.
  • Perform day-to-day accounting data entry.
  • Issue tax invoices, process payments, and manage expense claims.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and month-end close schedules.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, income tax computations and other related tasks.
  • Support the accountant as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc functions and related duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • LCCI or equivalent accounting certification.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
  • Efficient in task completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, trustworthy.
  • Required skills: Proficiency in SQL Accounting (Accounting System), Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.
