- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing the to the appropriate personnel;
- Help manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed;
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Any other related work may be required by Management from time to time.
