Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Georgetown for a Customer Chat Support position. The Customer Chat Support representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through chat support. Daily tasks will include interacting with customers, providing solutions to their problems, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
