We are looking for a Event Operations Coordinator to join our team, managing logistics and ensuring seamless event execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange and manage logistics for event materials and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure all necessary items are available for events.
  • Production Oversight: Monitor production schedules and quality standards to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
  • Permit Management: Obtain and manage event and working permits.
  • Event Setup & Coordination: Assist in event setup and coordinate on-site operations for smooth execution.
  • Vendor Communication: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, permits, and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Event Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in operations, logistics, or event coordination roles (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Forms.
  • Transportation: Must own a car or motorbike for daily operations.
