Job Description:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will provide top-notch support to Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally—all within standard office hours. You'll be the friendly voice representing our company and creating positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patient, professional, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
