Event and Branding Intern

We are looking for Event and Branding Intern with a growth mindset, interested in wearing many hats, and willingness to roll up their sleeves to launch and assist our business leader to grow our market in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. In this fast-paced role, you will work directly with the senior management team to establish at-scale operations within weeks. You will also serve as a liaison to the Board of directors and senior management team; organizes and coordinates General Manager/Executive outreach and external relations efforts; oversees special projects, own and manage business leader planning for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Support event coordination and promotion activities, including cold calling and telemarketing to obtain leads for upcoming webinars and in-person events.
  • Organize and prepare materials for upcoming off-site events.
  • Assist in liaising with external vendors and suppliers for event management.
  • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentation decks and slides for events and internal meetings.
  • Contribute to marketing plans and brainstorm new ideas to drive audience engagement.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of marketing activities.
  • Provide daily support to the Marketing Supervisor, including scheduling, project management, and other assigned tasks.
