Job Responsibility

  • To promote and market Gintell products effectively.
  • To provide professional customer service to walk-in and telephone customers.
  • To manage the branch's sales performance in alignment with weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
  • To oversee sales arrangements and coordinate sales appointments.
  • To participate in Gintell roadshows and other promotional events.
  • To achieve the designated monthly and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Sales Manager.
  • Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Must have hands-on experience in retail operations, including sales management, product display, stock control and inventory management.
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel as required.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
