Role Overview

As a Fleet Coordinator cum Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing daily fleet operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for both drivers and customers. This role combines logistics coordination and customer relationship management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate and manage day-to-day fleet operations and delivery schedules

-Maintain direct communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations

-Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely, professional manner

-Assist in onboarding, training, and managing freelancers or contract drivers

-Track fleet activity using digital tools and ensure proper documentation

-Support cross-functional collaboration to optimize service delivery

-Monitor and report on fleet performance and customer satisfaction metrics

-Handle any other duties as assigned by company management

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, etc.)

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Customer service experience and a problem-solving mindset

-Knowledge of operations or fleet management preferred

-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

-Proficiency in digital tools such as Slack, HubSpot, Onfleet, Sortly (or willingness to learn)

-Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
