Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Greet, register, and assist patients upon arrival.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Handle phone calls, patient inquiries, and appointment reminders.
  • Support billing processes and insurance documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.

Clinical Support:

  • Assist doctors during procedures when required.
  • Clean, prepare, and disinfect examination rooms and tools.
  • Monitor stock levels of medical supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Manage specimen collection, labelling, and transportation.

Requirements :

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures is preferred. Otherwise, training is provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Training will be provided for clinic management software.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
  • Team player with a professional demeanour.
  • Willing and able to work rotational shifts, including night, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluent in English, BM, Mandarin and/or Hokkien.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
