Admin Executive/Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Report to top management;
- Attend to all aspects of PA and corporate work;
- Draft and manage correspondences, email, and memos;
- Schedule and organize appointments for VIPs/visitors;
- Circulate agenda, schedule meetings, and take minutes;
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive documents;
- Liaison with Department Heads and coordinate office activities;
- Determine job of top priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines;
- Willing to multitask and accept any other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Prefer the candidate with at least 2 years of experience as PA or similar job;
- Proficient in written correspondence in English, Mandarin, and Malay;
- Seek for Mandarin-speaking candidate who required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients;
- Excellent MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing skills;
- Able to meet tight deadlines and deliver required results
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
