Admin Executive/Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Report to top management;
  • Attend to all aspects of PA and corporate work;
  • Draft and manage correspondences, email, and memos;
  • Schedule and organize appointments for VIPs/visitors;
  • Circulate agenda, schedule meetings, and take minutes;
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive documents;
  • Liaison with Department Heads and coordinate office activities;
  • Determine job of top priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines;
  • Willing to multitask and accept any other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Prefer the candidate with at least 2 years of experience as PA or similar job;
  • Proficient in written correspondence in English, Mandarin, and Malay;
  • Seek for Mandarin-speaking candidate who required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients;
  • Excellent MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing skills;
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and deliver required results

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
