We are hiring for Warehouse Asset Management Specialist (Data Center)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for on-site asset management according to IDC asset SOP.
  • Ensure the security and consistency of IDC room assets.
  • Daily operations related to asset management.
  • Receiving Incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders.
  • Sort, organize and retrieving stock.
  • Package items and label correctly, scan delivered items and ensure quality.
  • Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
  • Stack and organize large bulk items.
  • Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
  • Keep neat and clean warehouse premises.
  • Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.

Requirements:

  • Have local identity, diploma/college degree or above.
  • Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and customers.
  • Asset management, warehouse management or IDC related experience is preferential.
  • Basic knowledge about IDC facilities.
  • Familiar use Office tools such as EXCEL.
  • Can work under pressure and accept overtime work sometimes.
  • Careful, steadfast.
