Are you passionate about driving app growth and user engagement?

Join us to lead growth strategies for a major Telco client's mobile app. This is your chance to make a measurable impact on user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

What You'll Do

Drive
user acquisition, activation, and retention
across the mobile app

Plan and execute
growth experiments
to optimize conversion funnels

Collaborate with
data, product, and marketing teams
for high-ROI strategies

Implement
A/B and multivariate testing
on onboarding flows and push notifications

Analyze
user behavior and cohorts
to improve lifetime value (LTV)

What We're Looking For


7–10 years
experience in app growth, performance marketing, or digital product management

Proven success in driving
MAU, retention, and conversion
for consumer apps (telecom, fintech, or digital platforms preferred)

Strong knowledge of
mobile analytics tools
(Braze, Google Analytics, etc.)


Work Mode:
On-site at office Kuala Lumpur
