Responsibilities


• Deep understanding of conversational commerce and WhatsApp Business API


• Experience designing and optimising chat funnels for sales,service, or lead generation


• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Twilio, MetaCloud API) and A/B testing tools


• Strong data and UX orientation — ability to analyse drop-offpoints and drive funnel conversion improvements.

Skills


• 8-10 years in digital marketing, conversational design, or CRM automation


• Experience integrating WhatsApp with with backend systems (CRM, order management, analytics)

We're working on an exciting engagement to drive AI transformation for a large Malaysian telco, focused on building new digital and analytics-led commercial capabilities.

To support our delivery, we're looking to onboard three contract profiles, ideally based in Malaysia (or willing to be based here), with immediate effect:
