About Our Client
Our client designs, manufactures and supplies a wide range of office furniture — workstations, office chairs, meeting and conference tables, storage units, partitions, pods, accessories, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve project objectives.
- Provide proactive sales support to drive growth in sales turnover and promote the company's professional image.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among team members, promoting a positive and productive team environment.
- Resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring that all members are aligned and focused on project goals.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards of quality and are completed within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years above of working experience in sales, project coordination, or a related role.
- Preferably with experience in the office furniture and manufacturing industry, handling B2B sales and project-based client solutions.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and achieving sales targets.
- Good command of spoken and written English. Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
