Job Requirements :

·       Good time-management, Resourceful and multitasking abilities.

·       Able to work independently, but also able to organize and coordinate all operational efforts

·       Willing to get hands dirty by dabbling in areas needed for a smooth operation.

·       Good communication skills and required language(s): BM, English

·       A keen eye for detail and can quickly adapt to change.

·       Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

·       Possess a Diploma or higher qualification in administration or an equivalent field.

·       Have the flexibility to work during weekends if required

·       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities :

·       Manage the studio supplies including studio maintenance, stationery, pantry items, toiletries, medical items, merchandise related

·       Track orders, ensure purchased items meet the required standards and specifications.

·       Manage inventories and maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.

·       Assist with the research, compare and evaluate offers from new suppliers and vendors.

·       Maintain and update supplier information.

·       Manage regular studio maintenance routine check-up

·       Assist with studio maintenance, operational or construction related arrangement and communications.

·       Assist with any events set up happening at the studio or outside of the studio.

·       To oversee and monitor external on-site technician and handyman duties.

·       Hold high esteem for work quality and ensure all tasks are completed within the set timeline.

·       Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, sense of responsibility.

·       Perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
