Content Creator Needed

Department: E-Commerce / Bemax Dept.

Reports To: Managing Director & Team Leader

Location: Taman Molek, Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Development

  • Create and manage engaging content (posts, videos, graphics, articles) for social media, website, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
  • Write compelling captions, product descriptions, and promotional copy that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Plan and produce video content such as product demos, unboxing videos, and live hosting sessions.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing team to produce creative campaigns.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize for better engagement and reach.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and creative directions.

3. Product & Branding

  • Stay updated on telecommunication industry trends and new product launches.
  • Create marketing content that effectively explains the features and benefits of mobile devices, accessories, and LCD parts.
  • Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing standards.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align content with sales goals.
  • Provide weekly content calendars and performance reports.
  • Suggest creative improvements based on data insights and audience feedback.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (experience in telecommunication or retail is an advantage).
  • Strong creative writing, photography, and video editing skills.
  • Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
  • Passionate about mobile technology and current digital trends.
Additional Advantage
  • Experience in managing live sessions on TikTok / Shopee / Lazada.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay.
Working Hours
  • 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Working Hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm
  • Off every Sunday & Public Holiday.
Salary Range

Basic Salary (RM Attendance Allowance

Eligible for KPI Incentives after confirmation status.
