**Basic Salary**: RM 3,000 - RM 4,000

**Working Hour**: 5 working days (Monday - Friday ; 9 am - 6 pm)

**Requirement**:

- Have Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Communication, Film or Video Production, Creative Writing, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media or other related field
- Have at least 1 year experience in Marketing, Copywriter, Script Writing, Content Creation or other related experience
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Proficiency in collaborating with video production teams and clients to bring creative concepts to life.
- Familiar with data analysis to create functional content review for internal and external teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be able to speak English, Mandarin is a plus

**Job Scope**:

- Act as the central contact, understanding client needs and aligning videos with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with clients to plan video content strategy, including key messages and target audiences.
- Write video scripts based on input and plans, guiding the videographer/editor.
- Oversee the entire video production process, from timelines to resource allocation and tracking.
- Ensure videos meet quality standards and client expectations by reviewing edits, approving them, and handling revisions.
- Bridge communication between team members and clients, gathering input and managing feedback.
- Analyze content data to improve video engagement and revenue by creating high-quality short video scripts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new platforms to enhance video content creativity.
