Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizing and categorizing documents, updating and editing existing documentation, and creating new documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather information and ensure that the documentation meets the needs of the organization and our clients.
  • Controlling company and project documentation.
  • Following and improving document control procedures.
  • Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
  • Conducting regular reviews and document audits.
  • Preparation of Monthly Management Meeting minutes and ISO Management Review Meeting minutes.
  • Preparation & arrangement for ISO Internal and External Audits.
  • Perform any other job assigned from the superior from time to time when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any of Engineering Discipline or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, possess good knowledge in document control, management processes & standards and ISO standards.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure.
