JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Location: Gombak, Kuala Lumpur

Join Hayamim Ava Sdn Bhd, a well-established company in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry. We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to support our Senior Accounts Executive with day-to-day accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, careful with details, and eager to learn.

Requirements

  1. At least LCCI or Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  2. Minimum 2–3 years accounting experience, preferably in trading/distribution/project-based industries.

  3. Knowledge of Malaysian e-invoice, accounting standards, and audit processes.

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with accounting software (experience with OBM is an advantage).

  5. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.

  6. Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.

  7. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

  8. Able to easily interact with anyone

  9. Candidates residing near Gombak, Sentul, Batu Caves, Ulu Klang, Ampang, Kepong, Selayang, or Sri Damansara are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  1. General Accounting

* Assist in maintaining accounting records, journals, and ledgers.

* Help prepare basic financial reports and monthly closing activities.

* Maintain proper filing and documentation.

  1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

* Assist with invoicing, payment processing, credit/debit notes, and basic collection follow-ups.

* Help reconcile statements with suppliers and customers.

  1. Cash & Bank Management

* Assist in daily cash flow tracking and bank reconciliations.

* Support payment processing, petty cash claims, and related tasks.

  1. Inventory Support

* Assist in monthly or yearly stock count and basic inventory tracking.

  1. Tax & Compliance

* Support e-invoice submissions, tax schedules, and simple statutory documents.

* Liaise with external parties when required.

  1. Administrative Support

* Assist in budgeting, fixed asset updates, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

* Help with general administrative matters when needed.

  1. Basic salary: RM 3,000 – RM 3,500.
