Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of products.
  • Lead the logistics team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to optimize individual and team productivity.
  • Oversee inventory management practices, ensuring the accuracy of stock levels, timely replenishment, and smooth order fulfilment.
  • Analyze logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international transportation regulations, as well as environmental and safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on logistics performance, inventory levels, operational issues, and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex data an develop actionable insights.
  • Extensive knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
