Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of vendor invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare Accounts Payable reports and assist in monthly closing activities, including aging report, quarterly revaluation report, overhead analysis.
  • Update inventory records with stock reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate entry of data input and output of inventory in the system.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
