Position: Claims Support Administrator / Executive
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and promptly process claims, assess PAFs, and issue LOGs for assigned client accounts.
- Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance standards.
- Handle enquiries from members, clients, and service providers regarding claims, where required, via the benefits team hotline.
- Work independently while supporting the team's daily operations to enhance overall service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage documentation, verify information, coordinate with internal and external parties, and ensure timely follow-up for each case.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured work environment and is committed to delivering high-quality service. Candidates with a background in healthcare or insurance are preferred, with knowledge of medical claims processes being highly advantageous.
The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in MS Office tools, demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, and have 2–3 years of experience in claims or medical-related roles. Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.
