Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage all construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review project schedules, drawings, and specifications; identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment allocation.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant working experience in construction or landscape projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Familiar with local construction regulations and standards.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
