Position: Sales Executive

Location: Puchong

What You'll Do:

  • Drive new account development and nurture lasting relationships with existing customers
  • Plan, organize, and manage sales activities, ensuring timely reporting for business growth
  • Understand client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and resolve issues promptly
  • Build strong customer relationships based on trust and excellent service
  • Provide basic technical support to customers as needed
  • Continuously seek and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage payment collection and coordinate delivery follow-ups
  • Prepare compelling presentations and accurate quotations for prospective and current clients
  • Collaborate actively with team members to achieve sales targets
  • Report monthly sales performance and participate in meetings and training sessions
  • Share valuable customer feedback with internal teams to improve products and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma, Degree, or relevant certificate in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar capacity
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales and outstanding customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, personable, and a team player who thrives under pressure
  • Own a valid driving license and reliable transport
  • Willingness to travel locally and outstation
  • Advantageous background in interior design, building, or construction materials
