We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team at New Cuisine Finefoods Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by engaging with existing clients and expanding our customer base. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work for a leading company in the F&B industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory
  • Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
  • Develop, implement and maintain sales activities and plans
  • Provide detailed sales reports and insights to the management team
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a keen eye for detail
