Responsible in assisting Head of Performance, Rewards & System in administration of Performance Management and Rewards initiatives and activities to support People Division as a strategic business partner to the organization.

Job Description

Performance Management

  • Initiate Performance Management exercise announcement for all staff.
  • Assist in setting of KRA/KPI activities.
  • Administer annual performance review exercise for all employees including Senior Managements.
  • Assist in performance calibration HoD/Senior Management.
  • Monitor and consolidate employee individual sales achievement quarterly.
  • Custodian of company's performance management related documents.
  • Perform review on performance management policies and processes and provide recommendation for improvement for time to time.
  • Manage governance coordinator's appointment.
  • Maintain performance management data and records.
  • Manage and support implementation of new Performance Management system.
  • Support the development and communication of performance frameworks and competency models to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Succession & Organisational Development team to link performance outcomes with targeted development interventions.

Rewards Management

  • Assist in executing all rewards annual exercises and new initiatives (STI and LTI).
  • Assist in the development of reward strategies, ensuring that internal equity is maintained across all compensation processes and procedures.
  • Assist in develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve the Performance related Pay and Reward policies and procedures.
  • Assist in manage the reward and performance budgets.
  • Participation in annual salary & benefits survey.
  • Assist in reviewing employee's cost analysis, market competitiveness and internal equity comparison on bonus/salary reviews.
  • Prepare off-cycle proposals for Management's approval i.e. counteroffer, salary adjustment, promotion and examination increment.
  • Conduct market and internal benchmarking as and when required.
  • Maintain all rewards related document and data.
  • Manage and support implementation of new Advanced Compensation system.
  • Participate in job evaluation and grading exercises to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Prepare data-driven insights and recommendations for annual compensation reviews and policy updates.

Other Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with System & Analytics team to ensure performance and reward data integrity across HRIS platforms.
  • Recommend, revised and amend new and existing employee structures and benefits for market competitiveness.
  • Periodically review of Employee Handbook to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare monthly attrition and counteroffer data.
  • Other responsibilities as directed by Head of Performance, Rewards & System.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all performance and rewards processes comply with internal governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive compensation data in line with PDPA and organizational policies.
