Job Description

 Develop and review process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).

 Perform process simulations, mass and energy balances, and equipment sizing calculations.

 Prepare process datasheets for equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and vessels.

 Support HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and provide technical input for process safety improvements.

 Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of process design.

 Participate in commissioning and start-up activities, providing technical assistance on-site as needed.

 Prepare technical reports, operating manuals, and process documentation for higher management and clients.

 Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ISO) and project specifications.

Qualifications :

 Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.

 Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering within oil & gas or petrochemical projects.

 Experience in process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, UniSim, Pro II, or equivalent).

 Good understanding of process safety standards and international codes.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and meet deadlines.
