Are you someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience for others? If you thrive in an energetic, wellness-focused environment — we would love to meet you

Pilatique Malaysia is expanding and we are looking for a friendly, proactive, and dependable Front Desk to join our team full-time. You will be the first face clients see and the key person who keeps our studio running smoothly every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the first smile our clients see – in person, on the phone, and via text.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and payments with ease.
  • Keep accurate and updated client records.
  • Support our instructors and Studio Manager with day-to-day studio operations.
  • Handle retail inquiries and sales like a champ.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing studio environment.
  • Jump in to assist with admin and other tasks as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A great communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people.
  • Organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Fluent in English and at least one mother tongue language.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer tools.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a wellness-focused brand.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

We love working with eager learners and will provide full training.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in customer service, administration, retail, or hospitality.
  • Availability to start immediately.
