Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the processing team, overseeing credit operations and project delivery.
- Oversee daily retail credit operations, including legal and security documentation processing.
- Apply functional and technical expertise to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal divisions and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Design and enhance systems and workflows to support end-to-end operational requirements.
- Manage departmental projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation within budget.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in lending and loan operations, with expertise in retail credit, regulatory, and legal compliance.
- Strong knowledge of lending, credit, treasury, trade finance, and applicable regulations.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and retail credit portfolios (e.g., housing and car loans).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
