Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and statements to customers and suppliers.
- Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable, including follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Able to manage the full accounting tasks for one assigned branch.
- Support month-end closing activities such as bank reconciliation and basic financial reports.
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and filing systems (soft copy & hard copy).
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, updating records, and coordinating with other departments.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software.
- Good attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Familiar in SQL Accounting system (more preferable)
- Preferably able to join immediately or before January 2026.
