Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and statements to customers and suppliers.
  • Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable, including follow-ups on outstanding payments.
  • Able to manage the full accounting tasks for one assigned branch.
  • Support month-end closing activities such as bank reconciliation and basic financial reports.
  • Organize and maintain accounting documents and filing systems (soft copy & hard copy).
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, updating records, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when needed.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software.
  • Good attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Familiar in SQL Accounting system (more preferable)
  • Preferably able to join immediately or before January 2026.
