Job Description

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving sales growth in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry? Join Power Root Marketing, a leading brand in the beverage and FMCG market, and be part of a team that values performance, innovation, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of promoters/merchandisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding market coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct daily/weekly sales briefings, and provide coaching to improve productivity.
  • Ensure excellent execution at all outlets, including product visibility, stock availability, and merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend action plans to achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer retention.

Education

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Requirement

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of sales experience
    in the
    FMCG industry
    .
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in
    leading a sales team
    or supervising merchandisers/promoters.
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG market, trade channels (GT/MT), consumer trends, and competitors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and prepare reports.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess valid driving licence; willing to travel regularly for fieldwork.
