Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day billing and administrative tasks, including:
- Keying in invoices using AutoCount Accounting software
- Key in Delivery Orders & pricing check
- Generating monthly customer statements
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Quotations
- Coordinate vehicle-related matters such as:
- PUSPAKOM inspections
- Roadtax and insurance renewals
- Maintain organized records of billing and administration
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Assist with general office administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in AutoCount and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Logistics or transportation background is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Immediate availability or short notice preferred
