Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, journal entires and bank reconciliation)
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing
  • Support in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors when required
  • Manage staff claims, petty cash reimbursement and supplier payments
  • Handle cash flow management and bank transactions
  • Handle SST submissions and other statutory requirements
  • Handle staff payroll, EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB submission and annual income tax reporting (Form EA, Form E)
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance and leave administration
  • Support HR-related administrative matters and company policies
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
  • Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia required. Mandarin is a plus
