About the role

Keepers Property Management, based in both Bayan Lepas and Simpang Ampat, Penang, is a leading provider of condominium and landed property management solutions, and is seeking an admin executive to support the business operation and create better value for our prospects and customers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
  • Assist in HR duties such as payroll processing, leave management, and recruitment coordination.
  • Provide front-line customer service to clients and committees, acting as the first point of contact.
  • Support senior management in meetings, reports, and presentations.
  • Direct the juniors to learn and grow. Ensure smooth communication between departments.
  • Contribute to the implementation of office procedures and policies to ensure smooth operations

What we're looking for:

  • Any Gender ( Male or Female is ok )
  • candidate can choose to station either in Bayan Lepas or Simpang Ampat office.
  • Diploma or Degree holders only.
  • Experience 1-2 years or above preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bookkeeping/Accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Minute Taking experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
