Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Sourcing & Purchasing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and components particularly within the PCBA / EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry to support smooth and cost-effective operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full spectrum of sourcing and purchasing activities for direct and indirect materials.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best price, quality, and delivery.
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Finance departments to meet project and production requirements.
  • Prepare purchase orders, review quotations, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers, materials, or cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure adherence to company procurement policies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing, preferably within PCBA / EMS manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components and suppliers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar).
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
