About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team at Pentamaster Corporation Berhad in Simpang Ampat Penang. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices across the company
  2. Provide administrative support for HR-related processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll
  3. Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programmes
  4. Support the HR team in employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive work culture
  5. Assist with performance management and employee relations matters
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related business needs

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a similar industry
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR software/systems
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  5. Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  6. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  7. Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
