Job Title: Billing cum Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day billing and administrative tasks, including:

  • Keying in invoices using AutoCount Accounting software

  • Key in Delivery Orders & pricing check
  • Generating monthly customer statements
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Quotations
  • Coordinate vehicle-related matters such as:

  • PUSPAKOM inspections

  • Roadtax and insurance renewals
  • Maintain organized records of billing and administration
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
  • Assist with general office administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in billing/invoicing or administrative roles
  • Experience using AutoCount or any accounting software is a must
  • Background in logistics, transportation, or related field is an advantage
  • Able to work independently with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Accounting System , Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
