Job Title: Billing cum Admin Executive
Industry: Logistics
Location: Simpang Renggam, Johor
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day billing and administrative tasks, including:
Keying in invoices using AutoCount Accounting software
- Key in Delivery Orders & pricing check
- Generating monthly customer statements
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Quotations
Coordinate vehicle-related matters such as:
PUSPAKOM inspections
- Roadtax and insurance renewals
- Maintain organized records of billing and administration
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Assist with general office administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in billing/invoicing or administrative roles
- Experience using AutoCount or any accounting software is a must
- Background in logistics, transportation, or related field is an advantage
- Able to work independently with attention to detail
- Proficient in Accounting System , Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
