Jewellery Executive

About the role

Litz Goldsmith & Jewellery Sdn Bhd is seeking an exceptional Jewellery Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Jewellery Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of our renowned jewellery store.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide exceptional customer service — both in-store and via online channels (WhatsApp, social media, live chat, etc.).
2. Create engaging social media content (photos, videos, and short captions) to promote new collections and campaigns.
3. Assist customers in finding the perfect jewellery pieces for their special moments.
4. Support marketing promotions and online engagement campaigns.
5. Maintain product display, stock accuracy, and showroom presentation.
6. Maintaining detailed product knowledge to effectively inform and advise customers
7. Handling sales transactions and cash management with accuracy and efficiency

What we're looking for

1. Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in retail, jewellery, luxury goods, or customer service is preferred.
3. Fresh graduates with strong communication and content skills are also encouraged to apply.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, confident personality.
5. Able to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales effectively.
6. Comfortable assisting both walk-in customers and online inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, or other social media.
7. Able to create attractive short videos, photos, and product captions for social media.
8. Basic photo/video editing skills (using apps like CapCut, Canva, or Lightroom).
9. Understanding of trending content styles (e.g. Reels, TikTok, product showcases).
