1) Reporting directly to Head Chef/Executive Chef
2) Main focus and responsibility shall be Havana KL the flagship restaurant and central kitchen
3) Emphasis on Food Quality, Food Presentation and F&B promotions
4) Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
5) Have knowledge of all SOPs and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
6) Full awareness of all menu items, the recipes, methods of preparation and presentation of dishes
7) Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetable and spices)
8) Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation of dishes
9) Put effort in optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
10) Ensure the quality of food served in all food outlets, including the employee restaurant, is maintained
11) At all times Kitchen Hygiene to be maintained and followed on the required Local Authority standards by enforcing strict health and hygiene standards
12) Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
13) Ready to work extra hours as and when required or need be
14) Assisting in any tasks assigned by the superior from time to time
SALARY RANGE
