Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Execution: Develop, design, and produce engaging content across various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Idea Generation: Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, social media trends, and brand engagement strategies.
  • Social Media Analytics: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance, helping optimize content strategies.
  • Influencer & Partnership Coordination: Assist in communicating with influencers, content creators, and brand partners for collaborations.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest beauty and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in various ad hoc marketing tasks, including campaign execution, event affiliate management, and promotional activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team for shoots, meetings, and creative brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in business, marketing, mass communication, or a related field. Passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends and social media engagement. Basic experience in influencer marketing and partnership outreach is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic photo/video editing tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup (remote + on-site as needed).
