Job Description

  • To act as coordinator to the safety and health committee and ensure that the safety meets its regulation and compliance.
  • To prepare and establish safety & health documentation as per occupational safety and

health Act requirements.

  • To ensure the workers' health and safety with preventive measures in accordance to DOSH requirements.
  • To look into the overall health and safety of the workers by monitoring and reminding them of the OSH policy.
  • To conduct safety inspection, ensure workers wearing PPE, workers follow risk assessment and safe work procedure.
  • To liaise with relevant authorities (JKKP, CIDB, Bomba, KKM, etc) to promptly resolve any

safety issues.

  • To involve in emergency response team.
  • To investigate and prepare report on all near miss incident and accidents.
  • To assist in the safety audit.
  • To abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External).
  • Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.

Job requirement:

  • Possess Certificate in OSH Coordinator or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, preferable in factory line.
  • Good knowledge of workplace health, safety and environment regulations.
  • Good in interpersonal skill, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with

production teams and other parties.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good in people skill and detail oriented.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
