Your Role

Responsible for welcoming patients, managing front desk operations, handling payments, and supporting administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

o   Greet and assist patients or visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.

o   Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and follow-up arrangements.

o   Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information.

o   Guide patients on clinic services, treatment processes, and payment procedures.

Cashiering & Payment Handling

o    Process payments (cash, credit/debit card, e-wallet, etc.) accurately and efficiently.

o    Issue receipts, maintain proper records, and ensure timely submission of daily collections.

o    Balance daily cash flow and prepare simple financial reconciliation reports.

Administration & Support

o   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.

o   Assist with filing, record-keeping, and data entry for patient information and clinic records.

o   Provide administrative support to clinic staff and management as needed.

o   Assist in stock tracking for front desk supplies (forms, stationery, receipt books, etc.).

Requirements

  • Education

o      Minimum SPM, Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience:

o      Experience in customer service, receptionist, or cashier roles preferred.

  • Skills:

o      Familiarity with clinic operations, good communication and multitasking skills.

o      Fluency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, with good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.

  • Working Schedule:

o      Open to working on a rotational basis, including Saturday & Sunday, to support business needs.
