AFTERSALES SERVICE ADMIN plays a key support role in the aftersales or customer service department. Work closely with service advisor and breakdown of the typical responsibilities, required skills, and qualifications for this role:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Backend claims & report submissions.
- Input service records, warranty claims, and parts usage into internal systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service history, job cards, invoices, and customer details.
- Prepare service reports, warranty claim documentation, and invoices.
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with company policies or manufacturer requirements.
- Assist with monthly or quarterly reports for management or audits.
- Assist customers with service-related inquiries, complaints, or appointment scheduling.
- Maintain good customer relations and follow up on service satisfaction.
- Manage service bookings and ensure proper assignment to technicians or service advisors.
- Coordinate with the workshop or service team for job planning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM4,500.00 per month
