Job description & responsibilities:

  • Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.

  • Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge on quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.

  • Assist project staffs to ensure knowledge of all quality standards, compliance to all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
  • Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
  • Proactively lead the implementation of quality improvement projects to simplify processes within QA/QC team. Plan, coordinate, organize, administer, and assess internal quality audits of the Quality System to assure standard compliance.
  • Participate in the site internal and external audits.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of inspection and test requirement according to Company Standard Procedures and Specifications.
  • Conduct Quality Awareness briefing timely and facilitating training on QA/QC topics.
  • Handle buyer complains / feedback effectively and take corrective measures within an agreed deadline.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Candidates with 10 years related working experience at construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
  • Able to liaise with project managers, clients, contractors.
  • Willing to work at multiple location / sites.
