Requirements

  • Bachelor of Construction Management / Project Management
  • 5 years experience on major projects
  • Must have solid experience delivering architectural fit-out works on large commercial or technical buildings.
  • Should understand the core internals packages — drylining and partitions, Euroboard/Stiflex systems, ceilings, doors & ironmongery, coatings, raised access floors, and fire-stopping — along with the quality, FR requirements, and tolerances expected in high-spec data-centre environments. They must be comfortable working with QA/QC teams, following ITPs, reading room data sheets.

Job scope

  • Oversees the full range of internal works, supported by three package supervisors who manage day-to-day installation activities.
  • Coordinate the overall sequencing of internals, ensure materials and long-lead items are aligned with programme needs, and maintain consistent standards across all rooms and corridors.
  • The role includes checking detailing at interfaces, ensuring FR continuity, monitoring progress, and resolving site issues quickly.
  • Ensure the entire internal fit-out — from wall frames to final finishes — is delivered safely, to the required quality, and in line with key project milestones.
