Job Responsibilities

Schedule Creation

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules — including baseline schedules, critical paths, and look-ahead plans.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, surveyors, and contractors to align timelines, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth project progression.

Resource Management

  • Plan, allocate, and manage manpower, materials, and equipment to support timely delivery of each project stage.

Risk Assessment

  • Identify potential delays, budget risks, and operational challenges; propose mitigation plans to keep the project on track.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor progress against the approved schedule and budget, highlight deviations, and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.

Cost & Budget Analysis

  • Analyze project phases, forecast budget needs, and ensure all activities remain within approved cost estimates.

Documentation

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all planning, coordination, and reporting matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Solid understanding of construction detailing, specifications, codes, and authority requirements.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly meticulous, able to work under pressure, and proactive in addressing challenges.
